Tax-Meet

To ease the process of setting up meetings with a member of the Income Tax Unit, we are excited to launch Virtual Tax Meet, a self-service scheduling tool. Virtual Tax Meet will allow you to schedule a virtual 20-minute conversation with a member of our team. When scheduling a meeting for “All Other Topics”, please schedule with the Tax Unit Specialist associated with the first letter of your last name:
- A, E, G N: Rekha
- B, C, O: Yanzi
- D, H, L, U, Y: Tom
- F, I, J, Q, T, X, W, Z: Latoya
- K, P, R, V: Miracula
- M: Tasneem
- S: Dominique
- If your assigned Specialist is unavailable, you may also schedule with any Specialist who is available. 

We request that you only schedule a meeting if you have urgent questions. For non-urgent queries, please email tax@un.org. Once the busy tax season is over (after 15 June), we will gladly meet to address questions related to prior tax years.

In preparation for a successful meeting, we want to share a few tips and best practices:
- If you don’t receive an automatic confirmation and calendar invite after you book a meeting, be sure to check your Spam folder.
- Be sure to bring any relevant documents to the meeting.
- Only the UN taxpayer staff members should attend this meeting.
- After the meeting, please complete our very brief feedback survey which will help us improve our services.
